With over a decade of experience in the business aviation industry, he has managed private jet terminals globally and is involved in podcasting, real estate investing, and FBO consulting. Leadership Journey
Cameron's leadership journey began when he was promoted at the young age of 22, tasked with overseeing a team of over 200 members. Initially, he found guidance and support through a Manager in Training program, which opened up new avenues for his personal and professional growth. Eager to broaden his horizons, Cameron was then given the opportunity to work in Antigua and Barbuda, immersing himself in a different culture and learning alternative methods of conducting business. As his career progressed, he took on Director roles in the aviation consulting and aviation real estate sectors, gaining valuable experience in various leadership capacities. Additionally, Cameron played a pivotal role in spearheading business development for a startup FBO. With his diverse background, he developed a keen interest in nurturing the next generation of leaders, driven by his own journey of trial and error. Currently, he remains actively engaged in mentorship, determined to empower and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
